Id rather pay more for a big name Aussie superstar who is going to aid the development of our youth than have mid salaried aussies like you said, in my squad, definately. We tried to sign Lockyer, hardly shows the lack of ambition we have and it doesn't at all hint to us signing a shed full of them

SOC knows what he's doing. Everyone knows Lockyer isn't the player he was but my god he still has a lot to show for himself and would have been one of the biggest SL signigs of all time if it came off. I'm delighted by the prospect of SL but a lot of work needs doing o the pitch.

well if they do they do and if not then fair enough. Weve already shown as a club our desire and dedication to our youth setup and this is only going to improve once promoted imo.
