Its alright saying we dont need anymore backrowers beacuse weve got some great young kids, yes they are good, but like today when Olbison and Whitehead came up against Fa'alogo and O'Donnell they got out muscled, we need someone to go alongside Elima and Langley. Look at Wigan, great young backrowers in Farrell, Hansen and Tuson, who get used from the bench as they have 3 class backrowers in Tomkins, Hoffman and O'Loughlin.

We are also getting caught out short on the flanks, where as Huddersfield have 2 devastaing defenders on both sides in Fa'alogo and O'Donnell. Olbison and Whitehead are good defenders but the positioning is not quite there yet.

No he hasnt. But As mentioned previosuly, Olbison and Whitehead can constantly stand up to the likes of Fa'alogo and O'Donnell. Whitehead was petrified of L O'D today.

It's crunch time IMO that we either play Addy/Olbison/O'Brien and then have to count them towards the cap or go for the make or break option and bide our time for that star player.



I know what I would do and it would see future prospects like young Addy getting more game time and experience.

we have plenty of time to give the likes off addy,obrien and olbison game time before we need to worry about them counting on cap. what we need to avoid is playing them too much in the early stages if we want to keep the maximum cap space available for a signing. If we can manage to have one playing each week then we get through season without any of them breaking the 10 game barrier. And even if they did have to play that many games they wont be on ridiculous money so all it would mean would be a reduction in the amount we could afford to pay a signing (and the further we get into the season the less time we'd have to pay a new signing so its a tradeoff anyway).
