Reading between the lines, it sounds like the agent is saying they signed their part of a contract on the strength of a 'letter of intent' from Bradford, and it has been sitting on the Bulls' desk, waiting to be 'activated' (whatever he means by that). I suppose the obvious explanation is he was expecting the Bulls to sign their bit and send it back, but maybe they never did. Which would explain his reference to it being poor form to have a stack of contracts on thier desk waiting to be 'activated'.



Poor form it may be (I make no comment) but if the contract never was 'activated', in whtever way it needed to be, and he is clear that it wasn't - then legaly what can he do?

From what I've read, it purely looks like the Bulls sent a letter of intent over to Walker who wanted to sign, but the Bulls never rubberstamped the contract or signed anything contractually binding.



What can Walker do realistically? I'd still expect this to be the work of a cruelly bitter agent.

From what I saw of Walker at centre last year he was great, if I were Bradford I would be trying to get both him and Orford and try and offload one of the other quota players like Nero (even though by all accounts he's been playing well, but I'd suggest Walker is better) but it looks like too much damage has been done by now
