You're assuming he's signed a contract. That's a hell of an assumption to make considering what information has actually been released. At no point has anyone said that both parties had signed a contract (as far as I've seen anyway).



I'm not saying it was signed or it wasn't. However before I decide to blame one party or the other, I'd rather know that particular fact for sure.

Surely if you're an agent and have a client who's agreed a contract, why wouldn't you say "sorry, my client has signed a contract already so we're not looking at offers". sounds more like Orr has said "we've had an offer from Bradford for x amount, but what can you offer?"

What exactly is wrong about that? If people have signed things and gone back on it, yes, it's wrong. But I fail to see what's bad about wanting a player and then soemone better coming along, so choosing them instead. If your team were speaking to Chris Feather and then Fuifui Moimoi came along and asked if he could sign instead, would you say "No, sorry, we're going to stick with Feather"?
