Funny that, according to fans of just about every other club he was sh*te when he actually was in charge at Odsal.

Except the one who succeeded him.

Nearly as funny as all the people who think McNamara is doing a good job.

Despite lack of quality players in some positions this year it's becoming clear that Macca lacks whatever it is that makes a Super League coach. Man mangement, technical coaching, game tactics, team organisation, motivational skills or whatever it takes and has not improved in his tenure over 2+ seasons.

But I do not subsribe to throwing the baby out with the bath water.

But how much longer can this go on before something has to be done. All of next season the season after.

No one seems to think it is a good thing.

But we wouldn't be "change for change's sake". We'd be changing because the current coach isn't good enough.

Worrying, isn't it.



One would hope that the club (or rather the "[ibusiness[/i"icon_wink.gif would, within whatever constrains exist that we as fans are not privy to, are/have some vision in place <fail to plan / plan to fail> to improve the current position.



If not, isn't that where all the bile and vitriol should be being directed?
