Sounds bad.If he goes to Manly i'd want Orford, Lyon, Perry, Kite or Watmough + £££.
I do think letting him leave would be a bad move for the club, but if he wants to go it's not fair to make him stay. I still think a Iestyn type contract with Leeds should be pursued so that when he returns it will be with us. Even if it breaks, we'll get some compensation.

surely if he is desperate to go then Bulls should let him as would he give his all to the Club if they didn't release him - I personally think a change of scene might help him as when I have seen him this year I;ve not been too impressed - indeed Luke IMO is looking better at present than Sam

The wall of silence from the club is frightening, the rumours of Sam leaving for an NRL team have been gaining pace for well over a week now yet we have heard nothing from the club to kill these rumours and assure fans than we are keeping our star player.
It's strange, because when the rumours of Nobby coming back to the club the club were out in force to kill them.
Come on Bulls, give us the good news.

Why should the club respond to every rumour that comes up regarding players and coaches coming and going?
Did they ever respond to the Vainikolo to Leeds rumours which were going around for months? |
