Yeah, last week our attack looked back to its old self; this week our defence did!
Wello isn't the best attacking fullback and Hohaia never thinks to do something himself when he gets the ball, which has been passed to him for a reason. A nifty grubber or something (which I know he can do) would help but he just passes the ball on. |

But Wello's first try was from an absolute peach of a run onto Walsh's shoulder. As a couple of us posted recently, could he play this narrow attacking role from 13 and let Lomax do the work outside? |

I think a Greenwood is 20 and Thompson 18.
Walker is 22 and IMO needs to give us an extra gear going forward, sooner rather than later, if he's going to be a success long term. |

Yes, but Walsh still made the tackles and not all of them were with Wellens' help. I could see THAT much!
Tonight was a team effort; a real gutsy win. I disagree with Judder Man. I have no idea which game he was watching but it definately wasn't the one at Langtree Park!'"
It was very scrappy game with spells of knockathons, yes it was a gutsy win but the game had no intensity. If you are a self confessed "blind as a bat" maybe you have missed the state of play.
At the end of the day its 2 points bit I wouldn,t like to the see Hick the referee every week he was atrocious. |

Well this week has certainly helped our points difference. Started almost 100 apart from Leeds now cut the deficit down to 59.

A year out  greenwood is 21 and Thompson 19 - They are definitely the stand outs so far for our youngsters though  I'm still hopeful for Richards as well though. Walker needs to step up a bit for me. |

Bad game against a poor Salford team. Eden is awful! Thompson, Wellens and Walsh the standouts for me. LMS was awful first half but came into the game more in the second half. Got caught outwide far too many times though, better teams would have capitalised on that.

Walker is awful player. I know he's cheap etc.. but he aint good enough for any SL club let alone ours.
