Really don't give a toss if Eastomond stays in League or goes to Union. The only place he can see him playing in either code would be on the wing or maybe after a season or two fullback.
At the moment I don't rate him, from what I've seen as a scrum half to be honest. If he was to go in 2010 good luck to him welcome back home Matty Smith.

As has been said above, if he goes i'd play moore at 7 next year then in 2011 moore to 9, smith to 7. I wouldn't be upset with that, Smith did a good job in 2007 when Longy was out

Maybe I've got it wrong, but Eastmond is contracted until the end 2010 season isn't he? Matty Smith on loan at Salford the end of 2010.
