I think we need a robotic type at 7. We've Pryce for the wow factor, its the organisation, distribution and thinking we struggle on.

and who would be this robotic 7? im happy to try one of Gaskell/Lomax/Wheeler. It may be of benefit to the club to start to give these lads some gametime at 7 when Leon comes back and see who sinks and who swims

Spot on for me this. I think it's a good opportunity to see exactly what our young guns are made of.

It's Pryce who has been doing all of that. We are struggling this season because Kyle hasn't done it and Leon is injured.

Agree with this - it's a complete and utter myth that Leon is just a runner and doesn't organise the team.

T'is true that side of Pryce's game has come on, but its still not his real strength and his kicking game is far from the finished article. I'd rather him return to being the dangerman at 2nd receiver rather than the general.

He's got an average at best kicking game though, so he can't dictate a game like a proper all round half back can. That's what we need IMO.

Agreed 100%. Personally I would give Gaskell or Wheeler as much time as they needed at 7 to cement there place as the Number 7 from 2012. I doubt Lomax will be given a run there as I am sure Royce Simmons see's him as the replacement for Wello at Full Back. The money that would have been used on Eastmond wages for next season can be used to get a top quality Left Centre or Loose Forward.

I wish people would stop saying Sammut. It's amazing what a funky haircut and appearing on a couple of highlight reels can do for a man. I'd be more interested in us securing a full back rather than a half back for next year.
