The tackle that put JP out for the season I assume was when Westerman wrapped his leg round JP`s that caused the injury.

Was that the same "technique" that put Kylie out when we played Crusaders ?

I am not for one minute blaming anyone.

But it does appear that this technique needs looking at.

I know what you mean and I should have said, assuming everyone stays fit, but it is good to have him back as an option just in case!





I would hope that despite our opposition on Friday, that Cummins will put Bentham or even Thaler in for the Friday night game with a view to making sure nobody does anything daft from the Catalans! We don't need Child or Uncle Albert on Friday thanks!

He didn't wrap IIRC - as he made the tackle he slid down and his legs went into the side of JPs knee causing it to buckle underneath him. More of an NFL style "chop block" that anything else.

Hope we both come through this week with no injuries, you never want anyone to miss the big occasions. It's been a great season for Wire fans and you guys considering your injury list have put in a great effort, and even if this sounds biased the best 2 entertaining clubs in the league are in the final.

Out of interest, how do you compare Morley and Peacock? I'm being laughed at on your board for saying JP is up there with Morley as one of our best props.
