Nice selective criteria there. The Super League criteria never mentions non England qualified players, and if it did Leeds would only have 6 and Wigan would have 8.

fair enough didnt realise he was a kolpak. although having played for nz its gonna be 2 years before he can switch allegiance to to england( and I havent heard anything to suggest he is going to) so its a bit of a stretch saying hes british qualified. non-fed trained at best.

I dont know whether he qualifies as a kolpak, but he was intending to apply for a British passport when he first signed for us, whether thats gone through or not after the visa foul up I dont know.

Anyway the British qualified is a bit misleading anyway since thats not what the SL criteria is.



Either way I think we can all agree there are too many foreign players in SL and that clubs need to improve their academies.
