Well a lot of the sick pie fans have got their wish. Will really make a possible victory over us in a fortnight real hollow now we, having first lost our first choice prop, now our first choice half back.........that's of course if you can make it. On the other hand should you make it, then lose to us how embarrassing would that be. What was it one of your sensitive fans said, karma is a biatch, i do hope so.

I was wished "hope you cheating Ba***rds have a crash on the way home" by a total stranger of a wigan fan and acknowledged by his mates as i got to my car too leave.That was a contradiction to the pleasant conversation with a female wigan fan leaving the stadium.

Sore losers/poor ambassadors exist everywhere.

I'm not dissing Wigan fans in general, but the individuals involved. As should Leeds fans who spout similar rubbish about opponents. Its about time people toned down all this talk of hating players as well. I hate to imagine the reactions had it been Bailey instead of McGuire.

When I was younger I would have probably walked out of the game, me and my mates would have sworn, cursed and b!tched over our beer for the rest of the evening and then that would be that. Now with the internet message board and twitter etc. there is unfortunately a permenant record of all that anger and dissapointment where maybe we should all be able to blow of steam in private sometimes and then see things for what they really are when we calm down.



However, to still be posting the $h1t two days later is the sign of a complete c***.

Anyone who attends a Rugby Union game cannot help but notice the total contrast in behaviour of both sets of fans.

No abusive chanting.

No screaming abuse at players/refs/fans

Very very little police presence.

Respect for players on both sides, and the officials.



Rugby League used to be the same, but now appears to be following the route of soccer and it's moronice fans

A complete lack of personal control, a huge anger management issue (potential for physical abuse within the family) and a definite sign that the perpetrator needs the focus of something that is in all other ways totally irrelevant to their normal everyday life in order to have anything at all to focus on.



In other words, they just need a life.

Being unable to clean the toilet probably does that to people.

Wishing an injury on any player is disgusting.



I know some people have since apologised for it (fair play to them) but those that havent and stand

by thier actions are a disgrace.



I'm sure it is a very small percentage of Wigan fans as overall I have found Wigan fans to be decent

fair minded people.



Its a game of RL not life and death and some of the posts are ridiculous.

If they want to talk about game changing how about Tomkins "cheating" the two penalty's that resulted in wigan points and Sinfield's "high" shot on Fielden that Richards kicked, J Tomkins not being sent off etc, why was McGuires pull on the shirt the be all and end all of the game and why has Carmont never used the extra 5mph in his career ever that he was going to use on that run to score the match winner?

We were 5 seconds away from having, arguably, the best game of the season. Instead of talking about the skills and intensity shown throughout, it has descended into this trash.
