The last Wakey try after Ganson had gone to the Video ref and asked hime to look at the ball in the air, any interference and the grounding he said a few seconds later "can you also look at the play the ball." However Silverwood never looked at that at all before awarding the try. Sky didn't pick upon this, however Stevo did say that it was a clear knock on at the play the ball, but nobdy seemed to mention the fact that the video referee missed one of the things ganson asked him to look at.

Oh, we mentioned it all right. Loudly and using some fantastically industrial language.

Same here. And went down to scream it at Ganson whilst Silverwood was purely looking at the collision with side show Bob and Hall.



Also can someone explain why, when Snitch committed the professional foul of stopping the quick tap from the 20, the player got correctly sinbinned but we got no penalty for it?

ganson's performance aside the codhead has a point. Leed's discipline has been very poor for some weeks now and there's no pont whinging at the referee as the cause of this.



It's inexcusable that the players are not improving their discipline - if there were a conspiracy to penalise Leeds it would be even more of a reason to tighten up in that department and learn from our mistakes.



Eventually this problem will cost us games if it isn't remedied.

Nothing wrong with the play the ball (making Silverwood's non viewing of it fairly irrelevant) but a clear knock on by Peterson's left hand before Atkins touched down. I just assumed Silverwood hit the wrong button it was that clearcut.

What? It was a clearly lost control of tvoc. He lost the ball onto the top of his foot, and brought his hand back down to regain control. Had that gone to the video it would have been pulled for losing control.

I must admit i thought it was a knock on but the call from the video ref was totally ridiculous.

But the knock on from side show bob was harder to judge. He should have simply looked at the play the ball, and we would have had a scrum within 30 seconds, rather than the ridiculous wait to try and prove a try for what he came up with.

Did the ball touch the floor?



I didn't think it did hence my view that it wasn't a knock on at the play the ball.







Clearly touched by Peterson's left hand, the ball rotation alters and it is propelled forward.

Indeed, it is visable from two of the angles shown ....



Incidentially, I thought the rules stated that the ball does not have to touch the floor for it to be a knock on, merely propelled forward (even in mid-air) ?
