Great win, would be great to see us win the competition with the injuries and team selection problems we have had!

Of course we do! How dull would it be without us there?

Hopefully the 2015 World Cup won't be the drawn out, one sided affair this one has been as it's being reduced to ten teams from the current fourteen.



Only one place is going to be open to the associate nations, alongside England, Australia, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies and Bangladesh.

England haven't been great but they sure have been entertaining and should now live to fight another day!

I think you'll find that there are 10 Test playing nations, so there won't be a place for an Associate side.

I'll leave you to ponder who the 10th nation is.

The next world cup should include the top 2 associate nations, determined by a tournament as close to the full World Cup as possible.

Quite simply, ridiculous!



Anyone who has found this world cup boring is clearly not a cricket fan and they shouldn't be ruining cricket to try and make it appeal to people who don't like cricket!! His analogy about asking a tennis player to serve 200 serves and then the other reply with 200 is bizarre and not at all reflective of what a cricket match is like.



To me it looks like a man who wants to make some money targeting a sport which has been suffering a bit in some countries. It is no coincidence he is targeting the UAE for his little idea.
