Danny Orr is going back to Cas next year so scrum half is sorted.

In the next 3 weeks

Rob is in contract till end of 2013, which means he must be unhappy or decided that he wants more money than he has already agreed with Leeds. So how much will we ask for him from Cas and can they afford it? If you were GH how much would you put Rob on the market for, £150k, £200k, £250k? I think the likelihood of contracted players (except Aussies going back to NRL) leaving for another SL club is slim... but I could be wrong?

I heard a rumour today from a very reliable source that somebody who turned down £60k/year and went elsewhere for £100k/year would take a pay cut to come to Leeds .

Also heard a rumour about the coaching staff at Cas changing , and a mate of mine (an ex-player elsewhere) might be getting a rather high profile job there .



Just rumours of course though .

He's on about Chev Walker as the player to come back I think.

I don't think we'd need him tbh and i personally would rather we gave the youngsters a chance.

I don't think he was suggesting he was coming back. But that he would come back if he had the choice.



Personally I would have had Chev back instead of going overseas. But we have players in place now, so yes we don't need him.

I still believe Rob is one of the best scrum halves in this country and a crucial element of our success.
