Not worth discussing at any level, the rules have been set and our club are building slowly, moving things in the right direction ready for the next round of franchise bids, end of chat.

Toulose and Gateshead will be favourites with R.F.L.,Plus any scottish team that comes into being.

I don't like the rules but I would be mad if they changed them for another team so they shouldn't change them for us. I do wonder though what would happen where either Toulouse or Gateshead to blow everyone away?
