They should - no doubt - but i just cant believe that someone at the club didnt spot the fact that we have signed a player from a club that has played in the last round of the club. I cant believe that the player did think - "oh hang on", and let the club know he played in the previous round. Losing all faith in Fax tbh.

Apparently, Batley are furious that the game has been called of by the RFL. They wanted it to go ahead.



Is this because that if we are found guilty and kicked out they will have to play Swinton as they should rightly be playing Batley today and they might slip against them, and if the game went ahead today and we beat Batley and then were to be found guilty that they would be through to the quarter finals without having to play Swinton?

OR BOTH

In some ways a part of me thinks 'Finally! its going to be out in the open at just how poorly some aspects of our club are being run'



Michael Steele has a hell of a job to sort this mess out, its clear his footballing management HAVE NOT GOT A CLUE.



Even if they RFL slap our wrists, we should have known, should have ok'd it, should have told them, it should never have come to this, what an absolute joke...

The SL bid was a waste of time and money anyway. The bigger worry is that the club is clearly being run by incompetents at all levels. We won't even be a Championship side soon if the slide isn't halted quickly

I am sure you are right that it should have been spotted earlier and very definitely not just before the next round is about to be played, but the outcome for Fax will be the same - expelled from the Cup.



The level of fine and whether or not Swinton take Fax's place, are another matter (which I agree should have been done very quickly).

If they do fine you, would the directors be liable in terms of paying up?????? Makes you wonder......

Would it be up to them to pay up? Silly question maybe, but might explain a couple of recent departures.
