Who's shirt did you get then and why hasn't a announcement been made ?. are you sure you havn't just bought the new kit, you know with probiz on the front ?.

How come when I rang the club at 4 o'clock today, Matt told me that the board were currently in a meeting and still deciding about the shirts and that when a decision is made it will be put on the club website?

Perhaps you have not actually got a shirt at all and just talking it up !

If you have, it would be nice for you to let us know which one and post a photo on here, then the rest of us lucky bidders can ask why we haven't been informed.

You would of thought so but I guess not - if anyone needs or wants to swap please pm me with who you get and we may be able to swap for better sizes etc.

If they get back to us, Its nice that they want the money straight off then nothing heard, To be honest i am dissapointed with the service i got, I went straight down and paid in the office and when i asked if the shirt could be signed i was told you can get it signed yourself, I think it was malc as it was the same guy who runs the shop, He then went to get me a reciept and said yes it would be signed as part of the deal. It was more the tone of which he said no in the first place.

I sent a email yesterday which has not been replied to, Originally i was told it would be drawn over the weekend. All i am wanting to know is when will it be drawn and when can i expect the shirt !. dont think i am asking too much.

I called the office yesterday morning & was advised that the draw for squad numbers had taken place in the bar after the game (I don't rememeber being told about this on Sunday) & that once Mike was in the office around 3.30 they would be calling all those who had their names down to advise on the shirts allocated. Need less to say I am still waiting for the call. I agree with the previous post, now they have our money they feel that they can take their time informing us, not really the way to treat loyal fans.

Honestly i will think twice in future, I mean come on, It doesn't take half a hour to do the draw and call 20 numbers who have already paid. I know the money does not go to the club it goes to the benevolent fund but customer service is lacking big time, surely they cant say they still need to be washed, after the batley game i would have thought this would have been done almost straight off due to the mud.



Well i will keep a eye out with baited breathe, perhaps i'll get a call before i take my last intake of air. lol

I am sorry for any confusion or delay in this matter. Mike did come in to the office yesterday but went straight in to a board meeting and he is at the hospital on a personal matter today. He will be calling in to the office tomorrow with the list of which shirt was drawn for each person. We will then give everyone a call and ask if they would like the shirts signing. The shirts will be signed on Friday evening.



The reason we asked for the money up front is so people could not ring to reserve them and then not turn up to pay as has happened before. With the money going to the Benevolent Fund we did not want to be left with certain shirts etc and wanted to present the money in one lump sum.

Surely a Director of the company has more pressing matters than dealing with the draw of 20 shirts and taking the list home with him. However at least a communication is out, its a shame this wasn't communicated to anyone about the draw. Perhaps a list of names against shirts drawn would have been a good idea

Mike is not only a director but a full time volunteer at the club. We sold the last of the shirts on Sunday just before the game and therefore took the opportunity to draw it then. Mike wrote down the shirt numbers against the list of people who had purchased them. When we were clearing the room at 8pm he had the list in his pocket and took it home with him. I appreciate that this may have caused some concern and will try to ensure it doesn't happen again.
